Audax, Thanks! I had a few problems trying to keep them all the same size, and it was trial and error with working out the cooking time, but 5 minutes seemed to be perfect.

I sometimes understand disliking ricotta. I'm very particular about what I put it in. My ricotta was draining almost all yesterday and it's been in the fridge since last night, so hopefully it will be ready when I cook this evening :) Good to know it expands, guess I should use a smaller spoon to shape the gnocchi.

I'm hoping mine will be good, guess I'll have to wait and see what happens :D Granted the only fresh thing I have on hand is rosemary :/ I forgot about that little part of the recipe.
